As your doula, I'm by your side through every step of your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I provide continuous, in-person physical comfort measures, emotional encouragement and informational support to you and your partner.
The goal of a doula is to help ensure you feel safe, respected, and confident during the labor and birth of your baby. As your doula, I'm with you embrace your own labor and delivery as it unfolds.
My hope is for all people to enter their reproductive years with all the confidence, comfort, and support necessary for a safe and healthy journey. Birth is not a one-size-fits-all journey, and my role is to help individuals and families approach this next chapter with their inherent joy and strength. I believe that when people and families have a positive experience it nourishes their confidence, and spreads its roots into everything we do.
