Birth doula services are a perfect choice for your first or fifteenth birth! Each birth is a unique experience and you deserve compassionate care through every stage. As your birth doula, I will provide dedicated emotional, physical, and informational support to you and/or your partner before, during, and after labor.

  • Email, text, and scheduled phone support throughout pregnancy, and one month postpartum
  • Development of birth philosophy (aka birth plan)
  • Library of book and printed resources for loan
  • 1-3 prenatal visits to discuss your birth. We will develop your birth philosophy, discuss your expectations surround birth, explore physical comfort measures for labor, and discuss anything and everything that's on your mind
  • 24/7 on-call support starting at 37 weeks
  • Labor support (throughout active labor and 2-4 hours immediately following birth)
  • 1-2 postpartum visits
